Our Chocolate & Wine Fondue Experience is
designed to be fun, interactive and a little unexpected. Rather than simply
pairing chocolate with wine, we've paired chocolate with the flavours, textures
and characteristics you find in wine itself.

Dip your way through a selection of red fruits,
roasted nuts, crunchy textures and sweet treats, each chosen to reflect
elements commonly found in wine, from vibrant berry fruits and citrus notes
through to nutty oak characters, savoury complexity and textural tannins.

As you explore each flavour, you'll enjoy five
carefully selected Latitude 32 wines and discover how different wines interact
with chocolate, sweetness, fruit and texture. Some combinations will amplify
fruit, others will soften tannins, while some create entirely new flavour
experiences on the palate.

There are no right or wrong answers. This
experience is all about experimenting, discovering your own favourite pairings
and experiencing both wine and chocolate in a completely different way.
